In 2016, Tierra earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Lincoln University of Missouri, establishing a foundation in the people, policies, and organizational structures that enable institutions to function effectively. She later expanded that expertise through graduate study at Park University, earning her Master of Healthcare Administration in Management Information Systems in 2019.

Her background in project management strengthens her ability to approach complex initiatives through structure: establishing priorities, coordinating moving pieces, identifying challenges, solving problems, and helping move objectives from conversation to completion.

Her administrative and human-resources background adds another essential dimension. Tierra understands that ambitious organizations cannot scale on vision alone.
