Taylor Griffin serves as Director of Production Programming at Eric Toliver Studios, where she brings a deeply rooted commitment to education, perseverance, public service, and purposeful leadership to the studio’s creative ecosystem.

The younger sister—one of three—of Founder and CEO Eric D. Toliver, Taylor shares with her brother more than family history. Their creative partnership extends behind the microphone as co-hosts of their sibling-led true crime podcast, where their natural chemistry, individual perspectives, and shared curiosity converge through conversation and storytelling. Within Eric Toliver Studios and its Black Renaissance Network production division, that relationship evolves into a professional collaboration grounded in a shared belief that stories can illuminate truths, challenge assumptions, and create meaningful human connection.

As Director of Production Programming, Taylor helps steward the development and progression of the studio’s creative programming. Her work supports the journey from vision to execution, helping cultivate an environment where ideas are developed intentionally, collaborators are supported, and meaningful stories are given the structure necessary to move from imagination into production.

Her perspective is informed by a life and career extending well beyond the creative industry.

When she is not attending to the work of ETS and BRN, Taylor serves as an Associate Social Services Specialist with the State of Missouri Children’s Division, contributing her skills and compassion to work involving children, families, and communities. At the same time, she is completing her doctoral studies, continuing an educational journey rooted in her longstanding conviction that knowledge creates possibility and that learning should ultimately equip us to make a difference beyond ourselves.

That philosophy has been forged through experience. Taylor’s journey has required determination, discipline, and an unwillingness to allow obstacles to dictate the boundaries of her future. Rather than viewing resilience simply as surviving adversity, she understands it as the capacity to learn from what has happened, continue evolving, and transform difficult experiences into greater purpose.

That same understanding shapes her leadership.

Taylor believes success cannot be measured solely by degrees earned, positions held, or personal milestones reached. Its deeper measure lies in what a person does with what they have learned: the opportunities they create, the people they empower, the communities they serve, and the doors they help leave open for those coming behind them.
